Many good steaks available in vegas but the experience of sitting on the patio by the lake at SW steak and watching the show is unrivaled imo.

another Golden Steer vote ... honestly, I haven't been to the big fancy ones. But one of my best Monday nights of all time was spent there. Was working on a TV show that wrapped the night before. We went to the wrap party, invited some bar "ladies" to a vacated producer's suite (he flew back to LA early), stayed up all night, woke up and bet on opening day baseball, then nap by the pool, some blackjack followed by large bets on Florida and the over vs Ohio St. in the basketball national championship .... then old school steak dinner at the Golden Steer followed by a trip to Spearmint Rhino (that was empty) flush with cash.

We are at prime steakhouse in the bellagio had an amazing view of the fountain and best steak I’ve ever put in my mouth.
