That's the day they choose to take off. Is it that hard to fathom?? These people work 12-15 hours a day 6 days a week. Is a day off not earned for Christ's sake? Quit asking stupid arse questions and accept it.

Amen. You close on Sunday and people bitch. You really need that fix on a Tuesday?

Just go to Mother's.

Look guys, I love Parkway. I am unfairly biased towards it so please remember that when I say this.

Parkway's RB po'boys are very very meh. Off on taste and salt content. There are several other places I would get a RB from before there. However, if I want any other type of po'boy I'm headed to the park...

I agree. I think the texture of the meat is great and it's great quality meat and cooked for the right amount of time and I think the consistency of their gravy is great...BUT...it's very bland. If they would use some seasoning and salt, it would be fantastic.

This describes parkway RB po poboy perfectly.
Needs seasoning!

My favorite RB po boy is Bears in Covington.
In New Orleans I like parasols the best

Off topic (kind of): anyone have a recipe for making a New Orleans style roast beef poboy? I know the bread is irreplaceable, but still...

I have had Liuzza's before and didn't think it was anything special.

Parkway is great, but if we're talking roast beef po-boys, it's R&O's.

Extremely easy recipe for the Crock Pot

Add browned meat, can of cream of mushroom soup, packet of dry onion dip powder mix, garlic if you so desire, salt, pepper and a can of coke.

Add water to desired level and let that bad boy go for a few hours.
