Does McComb count as "Delta"?

Oxford - I'd suggest The Blind Pig, Taylor Grocery or St. Leo depending on what kind of meal you want.
Clarksdale - Ground Zero is the spot.
Greenwood - I'd suggest Delta Bistro
Indianola - Definitely check out Blue Biscuit
Greenville - I'd suggest Downtown Grille in addition to Doe's

Hell no. McComb is the opposite of Delta.
Greenwood- Delta Bistro, Giardinas
Greenville-Sherman’s

No, it's not in the Delta. It's in the Pine Belt.

Vicksburg- Rusty’s on The River, Walnut Hill’s and The Beechwood
Also a little fruit stand type deal south of town called Tomato Place that puts out some good food. Goldie’s BBQ is a iconic Vicksburg restaurant. Problem is it’s not that good. Ribs are ok.

Solly's in Vicksburg, and your off on Greenville. Go to Heavenly Hot Tamales and reevaluate your ranking.
And try Rusty's and Walnut Hills in Vicksburg.

Larry's Fish House in Itta Bena

Good recommendations. Madidi and Rust in Clarksdale were good, but both have closed in the past few years and I'm not sure there's anything worth eating in Clarksdale. Ground Zero is fine but not a food destination (music is a different story).
Tunica MS has a couple of decent non-casino spots including Cafe Marie and the Blue & White. Horseshoe has the best casino restaurant. Hernando has a decent steakhouse on the square. Como has the Como Steakhouse, which is a destination restaurant for that area.

Can't recommend where to go, but I can recommend where not to go.
Clarksdale - Abe's BBQ (its the place right at the devil's crossroad)
I made the mistake of stopping there on a drive back to BR from Memphis.

I'd skip Mama Hamil's, it's just a buffet.
