Best place to order or buy loose tea

I'm looking to buy some tea for my wife for her birthday, but I'd prefer something with better quality than the bigelow or twinings I can get at the grocery store. Any suggestions?

My favorite sources are all far away, but do great mail order business:
--Mariage Freres, a French concern with nice black metal tea canisters & presentation boxes, plus a wide range of tea paraphernalia. Plein Lune, Bolero, and the Earl Grey d'Or are my favorites, but the Chandernagor (a chai-spiced black tea) is great in wet, cool weather. Very nice packaging. LINK You can also get Mariage Freres tea at some Dean & Delucas and a few other specialty grocers.
--Fortnum & Mason, British, and a great source for gift sets, single origin teas, and British style tea accoutrements. LINK
--Red Blossom Tea, in San Francisco's Chinatown. Family owned shop focused on Chinese style tea flavors and consumption. Super nice people. LINK
Please, for the love of good tea, do not buy her any of the Teavana crap sold in your local mall.
