im not a fan of the Billy's crust though. way too thick and heavy. ill peel off most and take that heavenly bite from the center

We always stop through Scott on the way back and hit Billy's 100% of the time. This past Saturday it was a shitshow madhouse. Tried Best Stop just to see how it was. If I felt like eating 10 lbs of onions in my boudin I'd eat it all day long. Couldn't wash the taste out of my mouth. Boudin balls were better at Billy's. Cracklins were definitely better than Billy's I will say though.

Agree Billy's in Scott, Opelousas or Krotch Springs on 190 for either traditional links or the GOAT boudin balls or pepper jack boudin balls.
