You can order AC Legg seasoning on Amazon. Find a flavor you want. Their seasonings are typically top notch. The best thing to ever come out of Alabama.

Yep. My go-to place for casings and I've gotten a few other things like the hook rack for hanging sausage or pork bellies to smoke when making bacon. I just used 3 of the hanging hook racks when I smoked my andouille.
Two weeks ago I got in a box of hog casings so I could make my sausage this past weekend.
