I used to walk to that store in high school in the 90's to buy cigarettes. I haven't been there in decades. Is it still there? I figured it would be a CVS by now.

Also- the clerk that would sell me cigs underage was my cub scout leader and an eagle scout.

B&B in Denham Springs. Bacon was thick and cooked right. I think they smoked it in-house. The smoked sausage was also very good. But the biscuit just on its own was excellent.

Many a breakfast made of that and cheese grits on the way into work.
