I use red fish. You really don't want something super flakey in a taco. Red fish and Mahi are both pretty meaty fish.

I would imagine ling would work pretty good since it’s pretty sturdy meat.

Ok now in gonna thaw some redfish for tacos this weekend. Gonna use the griddle. Should I blacken? Need some tips. What should I put on the tacos besides the fish? Sides?

I might be the only one, but mahi is bland, boring, and I don't care for its texture.

Plain grilled Mahi is boring.

It 100% needs to be blackened or fried to make it pop.
