Crawfish and Noodles, but expect a wait and about $13/lb. Vietcajun style and some of the best you'll ever have

This. They're some of the best I've had from a restaurant.

Brother-in-law is Vietnamese and his crawfish is bomb af. They boil it with orange juice and soak the cooked crawfish in this garlic sauce. Now I'm craving it.

Boil House in the heights is the best I've had here. The Boot isn't too too far behind. But I must say the obligatory statement that the best is at a Louisiana mans boil. Once the prices drop a bit I'll be firing up the pots every weekend.

Definitely Boil House. Owner was born and raised in Nola and went to LSU.
