My personal top 5, not really an order though. There are some just outside of there.

Looks like you pissed off the wait staff.
Also, I haven't seen the newspaper fry things. Or white tablecloths.
Also also, they were doing burger night where they kept changing up their burgers.

I was there for brunch are you saying this is not from Kenton’s? LOL
I’m a nice guy, don’t piss off wait staff.

I've never been for brunch so maybe they use tablecloths and different plates and glasses.
Just saying it doesn't look like their burger, or at least the burger I am used to getting there.

I would have never guess that was Kenton's. We've had some different dining experiences.

Gotcha ... I took a picture of that burger as I was not happy with what they brought out. Had another one and it was close to this but was a few months ago. If it’s your top 5 I will try again soon.
There a lot of good burgers in NOLA, for me the toppings are part of the experience too.

I like Cavan over Company for that style burger. It's hard to say Cavan is top 5 in the entire city, but it is top 5 for me.
Seaworthy is a seafood place by Ace hotel and Balise.

Funny thing is it’s about a block way from Desi Vega in the CBD.
Very good, in the area, maybe the best.

Results from Desi vs Cowbell
Both good burgers, neither a challenge to finish.
Slight edge to Cowbell, tasty burger, and much better atmosphere.
eta High Hat vs Blue Oak BBQ
Both big burgers and the first two so far that were slightly challenging to finish.
Edge: Blue Oak BBQ, melted cheddar, freshly sliced pickles, little greasy goodness. It was cooked better also.
