Mainly because the fat in real Kobe is so well integrated throughout the meat that grinding it would ruin the texture and turn it into mush. But a sucker is born every minute.

Matter of opinion, guess you've had both.

Thankfully LSU (along with every other Law school) was kind enough to put wireless internet in the classrooms. It is amazing what 3 years of not having to do shite can force you to learn.

There are a lot of good burgers, but if I had the option to have any burger put in front of me, it would be a MVB dressed with chili and shredded sharp cheddar.(Sorry BO, I love the stock cheese, but shredded cheddar on a burger is the tops for me).

No need to be sorry hear. I preferred the pimento on top (the still cold kind, not the mornay). The Gruyere we used was the single most expensive thing per ounce we put on the burger, we had a lot of debates about it.

Never tried the pimento on a burger, but loved it on the fries. I liked the gruyere don't get me wrong, there's just something about shredded cheddar that makes it move.

I am with you. The shredded cheddar we used was the same kind we sliced and used for the pimento. It was good stuff.
Now I want a burger.
Now I want a burger.

You don't have a personal stash? Or does that fall under the purview of "don't get high on your own supply"

Uh, can't you get free wireless anywhere on campus?

No clue, Powerman. When I started law school in 2004 only 1 classroom had wireless internet. By the end of my first year it was everywhere. Which made rest of law school very enjoyable.

Goat cheese and leeks was legit one of the best burgers I've ever had, no questions asked. When we went to eat Sunday, Chef asked when we were going there. Needless to say, he was disappointed to hear about the summer hiatus.

I hate both Yo Mamma's and Phil's grill. And we all know who I think has the best.
