Is hard to rate the best, everyone can probably throw out 10-20 places that have outstanding Brunches. This is a city that likes to Brunch, and has great choices. Commander's if you are in the Garden District, Muriel's if you are in the Quarter. I hear good things about Stanley(also in the quarter). Elizabeth's in Bywater is really good too. The Ruby Slipper if you are in Mid-City. Dante's in riverbend is another place I like.
I don't know, there are just a lot of good things out there. I usually go for a take on Eggs Benedict or a french toast dish.

You would love the take that Patois does on it.

Pulled pork on top of a biscuit, two poached eggs, topped with a smoked tomato hollandaise. Served with bacon braised greens. Ridiculously good.
