Heard they are suppose to have 140 beers on tap, is that true?

Radio Bar and the Bulldog are good choices. I know the Bulldog cards everyone as a matter of principle. Radio Bar is a neighborhood joint, so you may be OK.

I've heard rent at that new Pelican place bar & grill is $20,000 to $25,000 per month! Twin Peakes looked at that building and couldnt make the numbers work! Good luck paying that bill.....

Rent is not that high.
And Twin Peaks, if they needed to,could pay an absurd amount of rent.
