I used to love the Bergeron's Meat Market smoked chicken dip, but they don't sell it anymore.
Anyone have a recipe for something close?

Never had it so not sure what the flavor profile (other than smokey flavor) was but here are a couple that you make can tweak to get what you're looking for.

Smoked BBQ Chicken Dip
Smoked BBQ Chicken Dip
1 pound shredded chicken
8oz sharp cheddar, shredded
8oz white cheddar, shredded
8oz cream cheese
1 white onion, diced
1 cup chopped green onion
3 tbsp sweet BBQ rub
14oz barbecue sauce
3/4 cup milk
Parsley (for garnish)
French bread (for dipping)
1. Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
2. Add the shredded chicken to the bottom of an aluminum pan or baking dish.
3. Add the shredded cheese over the top, then add the block of cream cheese to the middle.
4. Add the diced white onion & green onions, then sprinkle the BBQ rub all over the top.
5. Pour on the bottle of barbecue sauce, then add the milk.
6. Smoke for 1 hour, then grab and spoon and mix it up until it’s well-combined.
7. Place it back on the smoker for another 15-20 minutes, then pull it off and drizzle more barbecue sauce on top.
8. Finish with fresh parsley and serve with toasted French bread for dipping.

The smoked chicken dip is the only thing I have had from there at a friends house on a few occasions. I don't have any experience with anything else but the smoked chicken dip was awesome.
