Why though?
The one credit I have to give to beer industry is that it is pretty much based on meritocracy. Does not matter where you are from if you are making good product

I had high hopes for Chappella Farms but I guess they are still finding their way.
Have they put anything new out?
I just don't see GR jumping on the big stout hype because "that is what everyone does" but maybe that will change with growth. If they did another big beer next it will probably be a BABW. But the HH OMJ got some national hype (thanks DDB)
Parish just needs to do 50 variations of Bloom or Envie I guess to get on the turbid IPA hype.
Guess what we are really missing is some ultra rustic brewery that only uses ingredients they forage from their farm ala Scratch or Fonta Flora.
Have they put anything new out?

Had to revise my list. I had DDH Commotion last night, beer is legit. Definitely belongs on the list.

Agree. Had DDH Commotion for the first time last night, and had the 2016 Bayou Teche Biere Noel earlier this week while back in Louisiana. Need to add both to my list.
