Anyplace in Lafayette or BR that sell Beef Plate ribs ? (Not cooked)

Costco usually has them…. If you don’t seem them out ask the people behind the glass

Iverstine's always has them. Aske the butcher at Costco.

Ask the butcher dept at any place that has flaken style ribs or short ribs. They buy them in cases with 2 3 bone ribs in cryovac and they'll sell them to you. I've bought them from Super1 and Costco in Lafayette.

The Alexandria Kroger has been having them, so if you have one nearby, I'd check there.

Make sure they are the 3 bone, last time I bought from FM in BR they were the 4 bone. Recently bought the Cryo Pack with 2ea 3 bone from Sam’s (I had to ask the butcher).
