This set is out of my price range, but looks like cooking Art to me.

The advertisement says that in 1932, Raymond Loewy designed the Coldspot Refrigerator for Sears, in 1953, the Studebaker Starliner, in 1958, the Le Creuset Coquelle Skillet and Saucepan and in 1958, the Shell Oil Company Logo.

Not a bad design career.

These are beautiful pieces of cast iron cookware.

I have some enameled pots, but that skillet is calling my name. As the Asians say, you only live once.

Same. That turquoise one was made for me. I love it.

I love it too. 3 bills is steep. Maybe for Christmas, if Santa thinks you’ve been good.

Not a big fan of the wood handle.

Or the price tag.

How do you get the bottom to look new again? Seems like I read to use barkeepers friend, but I can’t remember.

I'm sure you have to be careful not to scratch the pan with your cactus. How do you deal with that?

Heat and a little chemical reaction can do wonders

This is what I us. I think BKF has oxalic acid, which helps a lot. However I will try the Baking soda and Peroxide trick. Anything that helps remove gunk from stainless steel or enameled is a good deal.
