Does anybody have a can't miss beer to drink from Bayou Teche?

I have had LA 31 and I believe every bomber they have put out, but I just can't get into it.

What am I missing that I haven't had yet?

I'm a big fan of Cocodrie.

Also good ones I've had are:
Coteau Rodaire
Miel Sauvage
Saison D'écrevisses
Biere Noel

I like Saison D’Écrevisses and Miel Sauvage, two of their seasonals. I think Miel Sauvage is out now. The first one is a spring beer.

Cocodrie and Miel Sauvage are 2 of my favorite Louisiana brews.

I would like to see them to a strict American IPA or DIPA in the near future without so much of the Belgian twist; however, supposedly one of the brothers spent some time in Europe while in the military and that's part of their influence.

The owners are very good, extremely friendly people, so I hope they continue to grow and be successful.

I'd like to see them do one really hopped up beer.

Had the Acadie for the first time in a while last week. It was very pleasant. Looking forward to seeing how the Mardi Gras brew tastes now with them doing all the bottling at their facility.

Yeah, have had each of those seasonals and bombers.

Will give Acadie and Cocodrie a shot.

I just went out and met the owner and did a tasting and a tour (I live out here) and it's a great place to go.

They started doing 1000 degree wood oven Italy style pizzas and have a great setup that's evolving into a awesome spot.

I took home some Miel Sauvage, Davenport, and my new favorite, Big Fatty (hazy, fruity IPA)

They are quickly becoming my favorite local brewery, and I'll be doing work out there, the staff and owner are top notch

Went there last month. The beer is ok, to me it lacks flavor and creativity. Only hit was a beer slush that the females loved. Pizza and meatballs were excellent
