Can you be more specific?

They're are people on here from all over the Country.

Not trying to be a dick, just need a little more info.

If they don’t mention it, assume the OP is referring to Baton Rouge or New Orleans. Such is the rule of TD.

In this case, he’s definitely referring to Baton Rouge, as Inniswold is a large subdivision on the southeast side of town that intersetcts with Jefferson Highway.

Interesting. Close proximity to BRQ. Wonder who’s behind this one?

I drive down Jefferson everyday and haven’t noticed it, where exactly is it?

I haven’t noticed it ether. Only thing I can think is across Floynell from the Circle K where the garage/truck rental place used to be. I saw they were all building something there.

I saw it the other day as well. It's not right on Jefferson. It's on the left about 500 feet down Inniswold.

It's not exactly on Jefferson. It is actually on Inniswold Rd. It is I think second building on Inniswold after you turn from Jeferrson.

Yeah. It is only a mile or so from BRQ. That will be 3 BBQ restuarants within a 2 mile radius. Vodoo, BRQ and now this.

Hope this place is good. I live in that subdivison

We live in the Jones Creek area but I work around there. It would be an easy option for lunch.

The Bayou Smokehouse opens this coming Monday, April 8! Will be serving breakfast and lunch. Great Tiger fans own this place. Give it a try!

How far down the list of proposed names was “Bayou Smokehouse”? It’s super ambitious.

Picked up lunch here today. There didn't appear to be any inside seating but a little bit outside.

I got the brisket sandwich with spicy BBQ sauce and baked beans. The sandwich was pretty big and had a good amount of brisket. The brisket was solid. I thought the beans had a good flavor and were well spiced. It is also fairly inexpensive.

I'll be back again.
