Baton Rouge Restaurant Recommendations

I haven’t been back to Baton Rouge in a long time, and I will be bringing my wife at the end of the month.
I am trying to plan out where to eat, and I remember enjoying Louisiana Lagniappe/Roberto’s/Parrain’s, but it has been since 2011 that I was last there.
Appreciate any help y’all can offer us!

Thank you for the recommendations. We are hoping to enjoy as much Louisiana cuisine as possible since we don’t get that way very often.
