My wife picked up a bag of this. Its a mix of fish, squid, shrimp, and a few other seafoods. I wanted to cook a big soup, but dont know where to start????

I have seen those bags in sam's and always wondered who bought them?

Mix it up with a bag of mixed veggies and bake it all in the oven in a foil tent! A little olive oil, salt lemon pepper and garlic. Add some fresh squeezed lemon juice at the end.
Should be good and healthy.

It's a mix of China's best seafoods.

This for sure, get some arborio rice to do it right. Add the rice to the broth a small bit at of the time.

Isn't there a seafood soup called ciopino(sp?). Sounds like it would be a good option for a bag of random seafood. I've seen it on tv a few times and it looks good

Yes there is that dish. I watched a cooking show earlier that showed a dockside seafood restaurant in Florida and they made a red chowder that was Med Sea influenced. The stuff was filled with buttloads of seafood.
