We made all 4 of our sauces and put them out on the table to use as you wanted. Some places give you a lil 2oz cup now Wow

Shouldn't need it but it should compliment it and change up the flavor of a bite and it cuts some of the fat with its acidity. Should be a choice that's why my BBQ was dry.

For the spoonbread, in what size pan do you bake it and on what temp for how long?

Did I miss your bbq sauce recipes somewhere in the thread?

Thanks for sharing.

I know this was not directed at me, but I never let the opportunity pass without mentioning that at one time (and probably still am) I was the leading authority in the world of the production of Disposable Vaginal Applicators.

So I do have that going for me...

OK back to questions - how should one price BBQ? What % of cost is meat and what % labor, what % overhead?

No, I am not trying to start a business - much too old to go into commercial food/restaurant. Also have much to much love for my recliner.

Was my second go to. If you haven't had the Bun Bo Hue at PO then you are missing out on something great in our city. GO THERE NOW AND GET IT. Ask for extra meat and cabbage to do it right!

Foodies! That place was the best. Every Sunday the family would walk down the street for breakfast.

Should you happen to have the Foodies biscuit recipe? So good!
