Hello everyone, I’m gonna grill some beef ka-bobs tomorrow and wanted to check and see if any of y’all had a favorite Asian style marinade that is store bought or if I’d be better off just making my own. Any recommendations are appreciated.

Soy, gochujang paste, chili flakes, and honey. Maybe a tiny bit of liquid smoke?

Marinaded some de-boned short ribs in Hoisin sauce last weekend prior to putting them on the rotisserie in the Chud Box. Really enjoyed that flavor.

Add some fresh garlic and ginger and a little sesame oil and that's all you need.

Yeah, that’s essentially bulgogi. One of my favorites
