As I'm perusing the menu of a restaurant that hasn't opened yet

I notice that they use the descriptive words, "Our famous...", and I thought, how can it be famous if you haven't even opened yet?

Perhaps the dish will be "cooked to perfection".

Restaurants like to brag on that, but I don’t really care how they apply batter.

I bet this restaurant will also probably serve medium and large portions, but no small portion. Kinda dumb.

Probably the worst I've seen at a restaurant is "hand cracked" eggs.
