He most likely had an interview with them off College near the strip club. I did that 15 years ago.

We have a few pieces, they're alright, but a few whacks on a steel everytime I use one keeps everything razor sharp. That would be a PITA if I had to send my knives off for sharpening.

We’ve had a large block set, plus the steak knives, for around 20 years. They are very good quality with a great warranty.
