The shells are too damn hard. Get you some crabs or shrimp!

Hearing they're still good. There's a few places on LA1 on the west side. I have a sack reserved for tomorrow.

Boiled four sacks we purchased from Duckroost Seafood Market yesterday. That's the old Martinez seafood market near St. Amant. They looked to me to be a new crop crawfish. Medium sized with small paws light red in color and tender shells. I enjoyed the hell out of them. When I heard the company was having this boil I figured they would be too hard but that was definitely not the case.

We checked everywhere in BR yesterday, and finally found some @ Courville's in Port Allen. They were $45/ sack and small. Dont expect big crawfish.

False, we boiled a sack of crawfish & bushel of crabs yesterday

Crawfish were good size and peeled easy
