Just picked up the whole rib roast from WD this morning for $6.49 for choice. He asked how many bones and I told him I wanted the whole thing and he said no problem.

I was recently shown T-bone roast and I’m doing one of these in lieu of rib roast. I haven’t had one, but they look amazing. My butcher was able to get me one.

I’ve got a bone in whole strip loin in the freezer. I keep wondering what I’m gonna do with it. I guess I could roast it whole and carve off the bone.
