Anyone remembers Dockside Cafe on corner of Sherwood & Coursey?

It was next to the shoe repair shop, next to Superfresh.
They had a poboy with crumbled sausage, onions, cheese, and I forget what else.
I want to make it, but don’t remember much about the sandwich.

MrsAntiqueTiger attempted to make the sandwich. It’s not the same as I remember but it’s pretty damn good. It is simply ground sausage and onions with mozzarella cheese and seasoning.
