does a good job as a digestif. It tastes terrible neat but is ok with Coke.

I too have an affinity for amaros, although about four years ago I was recommended Strega and haven't looked back.

I drink Fernet Branca all the time. A 2018 combo Argentina dove hunting / Adventures in BA trip did it. They all drink it down there - most common is Fernet Branca / Coke Zero 50/50 mix on rocks... good digestif and very limited hangovers as well. Def my go to if at home or in a bar that has it. The Mente is no bueno. There is also a Fernet produced in Montana, but I did not like it as much.
