Anyone here cook with Bloody Mary mix?

I have a bottle of Bloody Mary mix that is way to spicy (Seaside Grown) and was thinking of using it in something like a shrimp sauce piquant. I have used mix in vegetable soups a few times with good results. Looking for any other ideas as well.

No reason not to. It's Seasoned Tomato/Vegetable Juice unless your mix has something oddball in it. You might need to thin it out with some extra tomato juice to calm down whatever seasonings are in it, but that's about it.

I use zinzang in multiple red sauces and gravy's. a piquant is the perfect fit for it.

It would probably be good in a sauce for meatloaf or cabbage rolls.

i think the obvious use would be in chili.

This sounds interesting.

I have used spicy V8 on cabbage rolls before. I imagine Bloody Mary Mix would be excellent too.

The Latinos in the kitchen used it to make camarones coctel all the time...

I’ve used it exactly that way before. Works just fine.
