Received one as a gift today. How do y’all like them? What do you like cooking on them? Apparently the women who sold it said they do a really good job for smoking meats. What’s y’all reviews?

They take a long time to heat up and cool off. I’d regift if you have the opportunity.

I have one that’s been sitting under my old grill for about a year

Bought one for myself a few years ago. Thanks to some of you for the re-gifting idea! Next year's White Elephant office Christmas party.

Get some really fresh shrimp and cook them shell-on over a grill fire. Maybe be a peppery dipping sauce...or not.

I have the receipt so I may just return it. I have a feeling my mom got duped by a Williams-Sonoma sales person.

I have had one for about 3-4 years. It is fun to pull out a few times a year, but that’s about it. I mostly cook seafood (scallops, tuna, shrimp)

It is a bitch to clean. Mostly why I don’t use it

I honestly keep thinking about chipping mine into useable salt.
