Fried pork chops covered in milk gravy
Smothered cabbage
Field peas w/ bacon (I don't like black eyed peas and I haven't been able to find purple hull up here)
Cheddar-jalapeno cornbread

Vodka waters.

Update: Grocery didn't have any field peas so I got pigeon peas instead. However, they DID have some beautiful collard greens, so I'm making those instead of cabbage. I'm calling it a win.

First round of black eyed peas, just beans, water, better than bouillon, salt and pepper via pressure cooker on ninja. Next round is the jacked up version.
