re: Anyone been to GW Fins lately?

Best fish dish I’ve had in NOLA was a bronzed puppy drum at Rio Mar. No topping or sauce, just a filet cooked as advertised. I miss that place.

Recently, I got the fishernan’s style red fish at Cochon...and it was damn fine. No sauce or topping, just a seasoned slab baked until it had crispy bits. Yum.
