Are you looking for just what chains or fast food joints are in the area of do you want everything?

It has:

Wendys
McDonald's
Cane's
Taco Bell
KFC
Popeye's
Subway
Papa John's

Also has:

mom and pop sandwich shops
chinese places
sushi places
bbq places
Chinese Buffet
Seafood places
hot lunch places

Basically there are diners, small markets that sell po boys, locally owned restaurants like rocky's and Tony's, and fast food joints. There aren't really many bigger chains like chilis. There is a wow and ihop and stuff.
I think a chilis type place would do fairly well.

Eta:
Neauxla nailed it.

You are right though as most of the chains are fast food joints.

Thanks for the cooperation, gentleman. I was just trying to get a vibe on the scene down there and maybe hear from someone who frequents the area

25 years ago these were everywhere down here. Now they've been replaced by taco trucks.

I need to get to Elizabeth's. I've heard nothing but good things. The Joint is solid. Also throw in Jack Dempsey's on Poland. Been looking for a Mexican joint so I may have to try this place out.

The proper term would be Chalmation cuisine, it would have to get the approval of the Perez family for authenticity.
