I like to buy a quart of Borden's Egg Nog, stir in a cup of good bourbon. Makes a really good nog...

Just served the AB recipe to my family, many of whom professed to “not like egg (or any other type of) nog”. They all loved it. Great taste, great mouth feel, great after taste. This is first time I ever made it. The only reason I did was because of that thread. Will be a new Christmas tradition.

Egg nog
Half a gallon of blue bell peppermint ice cream slightly soft
A shot of whiskey
Put the ice cream in a punch bowl and pour the egg nog on top of it and add a shot of your favorite whiskey
