I just dump them in a 94 quart ice chest and rinse them with hose pipe water till it runs clear.

Nah--OPs first thread was do they work. This thread was do they hold an entire sack. The first thread's answer is 'your mileage may vary.' The second thread was 'it does NOT hold an entire sack.'

At this point, the OP thinks a Crawfish Washer might not be worth the $70 price, but the other solutions offered were well worth the slings and arrows of posting. Thanks to all.

Home use not worth it.

I did however use one last year during an event. One of our guys brought one in. When we boil 20 sacks of crawfish, washing them is the one chore we all hate. I will say this device made it a bit easier. If we had 2 more it would have been really nice. It did make our work easier.

That being said I would not buy one at the price they are asking. Especially for home use
