Two beef roasts and two mini pork roasts stuffed and seasoned and some chicken sausage all from nunus in a gravy for us this year

No turkey here. Family is cooking enough of it for the neighborhood though

We are cooking Chinese, Japanese, and Indian food for lunch. Not sure why, but whatever. I'll roll with it. Bonus sake.

I liked the reddit yesterday, "Best Turkey Ever", with a picture of a rib roast. I tend to agree.

We had a pot luck Thanksgiving of just sides right after Katrina. I hated life.

We have turkey for Xmas. So the wife didn't want it today. I gave her two options:
Roasted chicken with rice and gravy and carrots.
Chili and beans.

She chose chili and beans. They came out great. I used soaked pinto beans and I really sauteed the onions down until dark brown. Lots of cayenne, chili powder and cumin.
