Anybody been to Don Jose Grill on College yet?

I saw the menu on Yelp and the price is right. Comparing it to the Kenner Yelp it looks the same.
It looks like it is a welcome addition to Baton Rouge's otherwise lacking Mexican/Tex-Mex Scene.
I will be visiting soon.

I had it a week or two ago. Had the Pollo Hawaiiano. Was very good. Prices aren't bad and our whole group enjoyed their dishes.

Pollo loco and Texan chimichanga are simply amazing. Will definitely go back. This was at Kenner location, but glad to see them coming to Baton Rouge.

The one in Kenner is good but I prefer to go right down the street to Casa Garcia.

I just hate College Drive, and that's such an odd facility to have a tex-mex restaurant.

I was over there on business and went the second week it was open. I thought it was good. The fajitas were flavorful and cheap. It's not Ninfas on Navigation or El Tiempo in Houston type good but for Baton Rouge it was solid and the prices were affordable. Honestly it's probably the best Tex Mex that I've tried in Baton Rouge.

I still prefer Azteca downtown, but this is one is pretty good.
