Been doing a meal prep and delivery for a few months and it's been pretty awesome but I'm now wanting to try a paleo style system. Anyone use a local company? I know they have the national brands like blue apron and sunbasket but those tend to be a little more expensive. Any help is appreciated. TIA.

Is there a no carb noodle on the market? I make zucchini from time to time but would be nice to buy one.

Pretty sure they have paleo options. Most of their stuff is just meat, veggies, and rice or potatoes.

Miracle noodles are good in most applications

Other than zuchini pasta, what are some of your favorite carb-substitutes? I've heard of people using cauliflower rice, chickpea based stuff, etc. I'm not looking to go full zero carb, but I'm trying to cut back on it somewhat.

As a card-carrying coonass, I have to have rice, but I also have a weakness for pad thai and am looking for ways to get the flavor of those noodles without the gluten or carbs.
