Any good bars on a river in Ascension area open?

Looking to sit and have drinks. Fred's being closed, we just want to see scenery.

Hilltop closes at 3:00 on sundays. I know Canal Bank took on water, but they might have reopened, no sure. Also there is the place at the end of River Highlands. All these places are on the Diversion.
