Any experience with burger's country ham

I wasn't paying attention and grabbed one noticing it said brown sugar cured. Turns out it's just regular cured ham with brown sugar replacing normal sugar in the cure.
Not sure what it will taste like as we usually have a different brand. I have a normal ham for the timid.
I was thinking the alton brown recipe... But it almost seems sacrilegious to soak the ham for two days.

Burger’s has several different levels of country ham. Their “City Ham” is pretty mild. The “Country Ham” is not for the faint of heart. The “Attic” is inedible for me and I’m used to country ham. So, I guess it all depends on what you picked up, The determining factor is the length of aging.

Sugar or Brown Sugar shouldn't make a huge difference

Attic aged is pretty legit but is hard to eat a larger slice. I like to use it for seasoning greens or beans.
