Lupe Tortilla is probably your best bet. Better Tex Mex than anything in Louisiana.

You mean Pig Stand? That is a boomer icon, my parents still talk about that place. My Aunt& Uncle had a painting of one of the restaurants on their wall.They had some cool art deco buildings back in the 50s.
