Even though they said the last one was #3 of 3, this is the 4th, with Mulate's as the new sponsor.

I prefer Sheba with straight hair.

I don't get why the one chef has to title all of his recipes "Cajun..." Just about everything else looks incredible. Though I'm probably not going to use speckled trout on a courtbouillon.

That was exactly what I was thinking.

Thanks for sharing.
I’ve always have seen barbecue shrimp prepared in a pan. I’ve never seen it in the oven. Has anyone done it in the oven? I imagine it would still be just as tasty but take a good bit longer.

I've always done it under the broiler. I think the skillet method comes from the Mister B's recipe.

I've done it in the oven. Comes out just as good.

Kevin Belton just came out with a cookbook. Might be his second.

His TV show got a revamp and there's a companion cookbook now.

I have that book in my collection, but I only paid 50 cents for it at a garage sale. I like that he has some recipes that aren't in any other cookbooks, but Tom's not that great a cook. I know someone that Tom cooked for as a prize on a public TV fundraiser auction. They were not impressed.
