I haven't been to Priya's, but I eat at their popup at the Farmer's market every time I go.

It was really good, just started up during the covid BS and never really stood a chance. But yeah, that building hasn't been successful. I'm also surprised someone opened a seafood restaurant (Red Anchor) in the often failed building by Pep Boys.

That used to be the Korean place that I frequented a dozen times.

I can't even remember all of the restaurants that have been there. Acme Taco was the last one. Wasn't it another tex/mex place prior to that ?

But, do you remember when it was an Alcoholics Anonymous home group location for those attending 12-step meetings ? That happened in between various restaurants and bars

No I don't remember that, but it probably would have been more successful than any of the restaurants that have been in that location.

Those two buildings are neck and neck regarding shortest tenure.

Followed closely by the one Drago's is in. How long will they hang on ? Don's Seafood Hut is printing money right now.
