You've not tried it yet? I thought I saw you review it. It's a smoked Porter. Outstanding to me, but I'm not as refined as bmoney and some of the other FBD'ers. Thought it would be in Madison by now.

Coater, I'd be more than happy to send you a few pints if you'd like.

I remember pulling the yazoo sue out of my cooler before I left. Not sure how or why it was in there.

One of your few memories about that evening, no doubt.

frickers!

I was just wondering how that one went over at the tasting after reading Danizo's post about Sue.

So what do you think of a beer called sue?

I've recently had the lazy mag gulf porter but not the yazoo sue. It is readily available here. I've just yet to pick it up. With the weather changing I'll be grabbing it sooner rather than later.

We're comparing apples to oranges here. I'm talking about high expectations when high gravity beer makes it to your area. Sam Adams "best" offerings are disappointing to me.
i believe Dan was there when I removed the sue, he can tell you more

Probably should not have attempted to drink every beer, but its not often I have a dd.

I remember the sue getting knocked over and it started fizzing. I never got to drink it though.

I don't know how it leaked out some of the beer yet the cap didn't appear compromised. About half the bottle remained and it was still carbonated.

It was good. Nice smoked porter. I'd drink it again in a heartbeat. Next time, I'd prefer a full bottle though.

Easily arranged. Real solid beer from them. Yazoo, along with their hop project series will be a nice addition whenever they make it this way.
