btw, ive drank a case and a fifth in the same 6 hour period, and no, its nothing to really be proud of, its called alcoholism during college.

I don't call bullshite as people that drink a lot often do build a rather monstrous tolerance to booze.
That is only 4 beers an hour with 1/6 of the fifth per hour.
I stopped drinking for good after polishing off a 1.75 liter of vodka in half a night and wanting some more.

That's from the Nashville record temp site. I was there. I was in a Hilton Hotel for a conference when the freeze hit. Our car was frozen in the motel garage. Everything was frozen.
The Hilton ran out of food but still had electricity. So, we could watch TV but we couldn't eat because no food trucks could get in. As I looked out the 12th floor window it was like a moonscape.
But I did notice a liquor store in the lobby area. I bought a fifth of bourbon, all the chips they had left and some cola.
It was the night of the Super Bowl. Miami was playing. I ate chips, drank bourbon and coke all night.
Funniest thing was going down to the restaurant. People would sit down and the waitress would politely say. "Sorry, we have no food."

Went on a diet back in college. No beer or Beam. So I decided to drink a box of wine during the day. I had to work from 10 pm - 3 am. Naturaly, I passed out and my coworker said I called in around 4 to inform him I wasn't going to make it in.

Ive done all but the Franzia.
Im at work right now and youtube is blocked, but just go search "Chug (Insert type of liquor here)" and there are people doing insane things. One guy chugs half a fifth of vodka, then 2 shots of absinthe, then the rest of the vodka.
Another poor guy chugs an entire 5th of Everclear...then made a hospital visit.

Yes Case race with 3 friends (each had their own case first one finished wins) finished in 3.5 hours. Rough night/morning

Did that once in college before an LSU game back when I was a novice drinker. I was proud to have handled it without even vomiting.
Strangely, I could not imagine replicating that feat now that I'm in my 40's
