Then you need to ask yourself about how much that bottle will appreciate over time

I'm not so sure it's guarantee it will only go up in value from $1700 or so. It feels like there is a bourbon bubble that will burst in a few years when supply catches up to demand.

I could be wrong of course.

I have a 2017 bottle of Pappy Van Winkle. Was given to me as a gift. I have zero use for it. Does anyone know of somewhere that buys expensive whiskeys. Can only find brokers online.

I am located in BR and will give you two Weller 12's + $500 cash today if interested.

That was only 8 years ago though. These producers have gotten to be making more of everything to capitalize on the demand. It's not like the producers benefit from secondary prices being sky high.

We're still a few years out IMO.

OP knows the going rate and you still post this rip off offer.

You have no shame.

There are more barrels of bourbon in Rick Houses in Kentucky than the population of the state.

True, but Buffalo Trace is a 4-5 year old bourbon and some states can’t even get it.

Hey Red. It's good to see that you are as pleasant as ever. I made that offer in jest meaning that I didn't expect a response from the OP. Thanks for chiming in though.

No you didn't. There was zero indication of sarcasm in your post. Please put the shovel down.
