it's ok. it's more influenced by Louisiana vs being authentic Louisiana food. They had cold turbodog on draft last i went, though.

Not bad. Actually, I'll go as far to say that it's pretty good for LA cuisine in DC. I wasn't disappointed.

While you're visiting, also try Georgia Brown's.

But stay away from any place that uses "Cajun" in their name. It seems to be an unusual way for DC asian restaurants to separate themselves from the hoard of other asian restaurants but it only serves to identify spicy asian cuisine.

I lived in DC for a while and hated this place.

It isn't bad but the idea of paying $20 for a mehh bowl of gumbo isn't my style.

Too many good spots in DC to name that are better

Used to live around the corner...It's not bad... Way overpriced. They used to have a good redfish dish, one of the few places that I've seen have it. I gave up on trying gumbo up here, it's just not happening.

It's not home.
