Don't add just any corn, add corn from Tony's Seafood. Literally made this a meal last night. Adds a spicy sweetness to the dip.

Corn kicks it up a notch, no doubt.

Also, try adding some baked beans or coleslaw.

Nah. Orange juice (fresh), Lime juice (fresh), jalapeños/serranos/habaneros, red onion, tomato, garlic, salt/pepper/chili powder, cilantro.

Add just a pinch of coriander, turmeric, and cardomom. Remove the cilantro.

The result is amazing.

Apparently they've been digging in some Cheetos.

ETA: 10-1 he's a double dipper. And eats his boogers while he drives.
