Would copy/paste the list, but it isn't ranked and not in an easy to copy list.
Open Table Article with list
There is a map to help look near you. It just doesn't cross post correctly.
The eight restaurants named across New Orleans (Louisiana) are:
Carrollton Market, a contemporary southern restaurant in Leonidas
Boucherie, a contemporary southern restaurant in Uptown
Atchafalaya Restaurant, a Creole Cajun Restaurant in East Riverside
Restaurant Rebirth, a Creole/Cajun/southern restaurant in the Lower Garden District
Muriel's Jackson Square, a Creole/Cajun/southern restaurant in the French Quarter
Restaurant R'evolution, a Creole, Cajun, southern restaurant in the French Quarter
Mr. B's Bistro, a Creole, Cajun, southern restaurant in the French Quarter
Willa Jean, a southern restaurant in the Central Business District

The way they did list makes it annoying trying to figure out where some of these places actually ARE.
Oh, Acadiana is 'Downtown.' Great, thanks.

Yeah, the map helps show where the restaurants are, but not really what they are.

Savannah-Alligator Soul is solid. Pink House not so much.
Atlanta-South City Kitchen is good.

Ida Claire's in Addison, TX (Dallas) is a solid choice. We eat there frequently.
